You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. You will retain access to the service through the end of your billing cycle.
Except when required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month subscription periods or unused Magic QR services.
Refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of Magic QR Management on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you have been billed in error, you must contact our support team within 7 days of the billing date.
One-time purchases of AI Credits are strictly non-refundable once the credits have been applied to your account.
